Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Each piece is prepared with the detail and attention it deserves before it leaves our hands.

Shipping Methods

We offer express and standard shipping options for both domestic and international orders. Wherever you are, we aim to reach you.

Our express shipping is designed to be climate-conscious, reflecting our dedication to sustainability.

Estimated Delivery Time

- Standard Shipping: 8–15 business days

- Express Shipping: 3–10 business days

Delivery times may vary based on your location or external factors.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can follow the journey of your piece right to your doorstep.

Cut-off Times & Dispatch Days

- Orders placed before 1 PM IST will begin shipping the same day

- Orders placed after 1 PM IST will be shipped the next business day

Working Days

Shipping estimates are based on business days only. This excludes:

- Weekends (Saturday & Sunday)

- National holidays

- State emergencies and non-working days

Address Accuracy

To ensure smooth delivery:

- Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout
